An overnight hike in not very good weather. By this time we were almost 20 days on our Canadian camping trip, and after surviving that deep wilderness of scary grizzly infested Kluane, and spending weeks in the same hiking tent, a 2 day hike was surprisingly easy. The only difference with 'normal life' at the moment is that we had no car next to the tent. Interesting how that perspective changes, because I'm sure that it would feel very different if I had dropped in from my 'regular life' instead from my 'travel life'. The trip was wet but nice. Satisfying to be a hiker.
