Assisi, Umbria

A 3 day hike in the footsteps of Franciscus of Assisi. The plan was to hike all the way to Rome, but we couldn't find any campsites. Hauling the heavy backpacks with camping gear and supplies through civilisation, while staying in hotels, was just too much of a mental blow. Then it just becomes to hard to do. So we gave up after four days when we reached Spoleto. Still an impressive adventure.
